Study service

TPI is an independent study service. It is not the NTA, RSA, An Garda Síochána or an official examination provider. Using TPI does not guarantee that a learner will pass an examination.

Verified study material

Public SPSV questions are released only after TPI verification controls are completed. Rules and official material can change, so important current requirements should also be checked against the relevant official authority.

Learner accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for information submitted through your account. Access is for the account holder and must not be resold, scraped, systematically copied or used to reproduce TPI’s question bank.

Paid SPSV access

Where TPI offers paid SPSV access, the price, access period and any renewal terms shown clearly at checkout form part of the purchase. TPI will not charge a learner for a plan or renewal that has not been presented and accepted at checkout.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

Checkout must show the total price before payment. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights. Where cancellation, withdrawal, refund, repair or other remedies apply under consumer law, those rights remain available. Contact TPI promptly if you believe a payment or digital service has a problem.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass membership controls, interfere with the service, abuse automated endpoints, attack other accounts or publish the protected question bank in bulk.
