NTA identifies the Official Manual for Operating in the SPSV Industry as the textbook for the Industry Knowledge module. Use the current edition as the authority for legislation, licensing and industry requirements.
Learn by topic, not answer letter
Organise study around subjects such as driver and vehicle licensing, operating rules, fares and payments, accessibility, customer service, safety responsibilities and enforcement. When a practice answer is wrong, return to the rule and reason behind it.
